A Wild Night in Seguin

March 17, 2006

As a connoisseur of bizarre bovine news (who could forget the cow that escaped from the slaughterhouse and managed to escape capture for several weeks by hiding in a nearby wood?), I found THIS STORY quite amusing.

Of course…any story that contains the sentence, "It’s strange because it started out with a truck towing cattle, and ended in fire…" is almost assured to be amusing.

maybe it’s just me, but that story is really confusing! “Seguin Police were out looking for those illegal immigrants. They parked their cars in the hot grass, burning two of them including that brand new 2006 Crown Victoria.” Can grass get so hot that it can cause patrol cars to spontaneously burst into flames? That is pretty scary. I will never park in hot grass again!

By the way…….Tim loves Celine Dion!!!!!!!

Matt lobs a few easy posts at us and where ar all the so called “loyal Carpe Hot Dog Enthusiasts” (please don’t make fun of my spelling…I get a little emotional)? Only one or two comments on each post? Remember the good old days when we could rattle off 14 posts on any subject in a matter of days.
